Was telling a friend this last week before they played, and he looked at me like a genius when they won.

They're probably the only real threat to Miami in the East.

If Paul George keeps playing this way and David West as well :whoo:

Indiana just has to execute and not go on with that "tough guy" BS they tried to pull with Miami last year should they match up in the postseason.

so does that mean LeBrons rebounds are meaningless like k love? someone's gotta rebound right?

Was listening to LeBetard's podcast from yesterday and they had this new advanced stat geek on there. Apparently Bron grabs 82% of the rebounds in his vicinity ... more than D12 who is at 80%. But then they were saying how Bosh is never in position to grab boards because he's defending the p&r and shyt ... so Bron isn't really battling anyone for 'em.

I'm shocked the knicks are that bad in rebounding, with Tyson, Camby, Sheed, and Stat.

There isn't a team in the east with the exception of a healthy bulls squad, or pacer squad that can really hurt the heat on the boards to be able to make a series more competitive.

With the exception of Tyson they haven't been healthy, and still we've been crashing the boards better as of late. As long as the team is healthy come playoff time I'm not to worried about rebounding, we'll be adequate.

If the big 3 don't win it this year, I'd have to say the whole thing has been a failure with only 1 championship in 3 years

They'er not the greatest rebounding team, but its a lil misleading.

A couple things to take into consideration.

1. Defenisve rebounding, they're middle of the pack. So whats really hurting thier rebounding numbers is offensive rebounding.

2. Their offensive rebounding number is misleading too, becasue their the most efficent offens up thier, so they have less opportunities for offensive rebounding. Nobody does more than what their capable of in that offensive scheme. Everybody knows their role and more imporatly their range and hwere they should be on the floor.

3. Byrdman. I assume he'll be signed fore the rest of the season. And he's a monster on the offensive boards. I wanted Houston to sign him so bad.

Rebounding shouldnt be an issue for them going down. They wont have to rely on Battier for crucial rebounds anymore

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?

They're probably the only real threat to Miami in the East.

The problem with the Pacers is that their margin for error is ridiculously small, they have a great defense but their offense is horrific, they are 27th in FG% and 29th in PPG.

If the Heat do even a semi average job of keeping them off the offensive boards they won't be able to win.
