Toronto has very good perimter players. If they could somehow get a big, they can challenge too. I hope they acquire Zack Randolph somehow.

they have one of the most smothering defenses and their top 3 scorers shoot above 50% which has an effect on that

Edit: Just looked it up and the heat are top 10 in rebounds allowed, allowing 41 per game while they get 39 per game :shaq2:

Those rebounds are gonna haunt them come playoffs, if Lebron and Wade have an off night the other team will use their bigs to bully them. Keep in mind the Heat still struggle against larger teams with true Centers, even the Bobcats were giving them some work.

you nikkas always on this bullshyt. we won the finals last year and we were just as shytty on the boards then as we are now. The heat are only avg'ing 3 less RPG a game than they did last year. You telling me those 3 rebs are gonna swing a series? :comeon:

Also, RPG is a fukking useless stat especially when there isn't too large of a swing between how many RPG the #1 team gets and how many RPG the last place team gets.

The more important stat imo, is Rebound Differential which the heat aren't as bad in. Sure, they're still ranked 22nd in that but the differential is only -2.2. You tellin me the Pacers are gonna beat the heat cuz of 2 extra rebounds? :aicmon:

Those 3 rebounds that the Heat dont get, at worst case scenario, can be an extra 6-9 points for the opposing team though:manny:

Rebounding CAN decide a playoff series. It's not the "end all be all", but it is very important:yeshrug:

No. 3 superstars who conspire to get together to get an easy championship is a failure. And that championship would be an asterisk in a lockout shortened season

So then what would that make 3 superstars who conspired to get together and then proceeded to get the 8th seed or miss the playoffs altogether?
