I'll just finish the game, its probably not that long anyway. Im also at the Bill parts as the other breh talked about, little past the school stuff. Did not know about shooting the runners legs
My first impressions of TLOU was great, one of the GOAT first 20 minutes in gaming... Then I disliked the early stealth parts when you first encounter the zombies or whatever, but I think those areas may have just been inexperience with the game. As I progressed and got more strapped really grew to like the gameplay a lot.
You guys got any more general tips??? I been noticing the molotovs can put in a ton of work. The clickers are retarded and just walk towards the flames. Havent really crafted many bombs cause it takes up the same resource as the shiv.
I just wish there was some points where you can chill out for a second. Game is mad intense 90 percent of the time.

They make the game hella easy..
Always have at least 3 shivs and 3 bombs and at least 1 Molotov..
Bombs clear things out with the quickness..
Shotgun best weapon next to the bow and arrow..
The trailer eludes to Ellie’s mother and fire flies but it doesn’t spoil the first game..

If you haven't played TLoU on grounded mode, you should. I enjoyed it. Incredible game and experience.
Part II looks good as well. I know the story is going to be a trip.

Grounded mode is the only way to play the last of us.
Most video games playing on the hardest difficulty is just trash. They just make it cheap. Make enemies into bullet sponges and you die quick.
The last of us on grounded changes the game.
No hud,no listen mode, crafting and using bricks and bottles becomes essential. You have to use the environment,stealth and your wits.
The choice to craft a shiv or something else can be life or death.
The gameplay becomes as brutal as the world it's in.
Anybody that says the gameplay wasn't good,or the game was a movie not a game has not played in grounded mode.
It's essential.

For some reason I lowkey want this to happen but knowing Naughty Dog the ending is probably going to be soul crushing.

The best ending is joel ellie and ellies mom going through hell to live happily ever after as a family.
Ellie ends up possibly being joels niece and the father is joels brother from part 1 who fled the state after raping and inpregnating ellies mother.
Joels brother dies at joels hands after doing something creepy. That would be the equivalent of the cannibal climax from part 1 where ellie kills the cannibal rapist.
Last stages end with fireflies trying to kill them all and the escape to a better safe zone. They live happiky ever after as joel bangs ellies mom, ellie has a semblance of family while ethical scientists finally discover a cure for zombiism that reverts a flesh eating beast to a savage
