Unified title looks good, but that's a dumb name. There's no need for a 1A / 1B title situation. Continental title should just be absorbed into the International title.

World - main event
International - upper card w/ emphasis on international talent
TNT- mid card; defended almost weekly

Not sure I see the issue. Both belts have already been 1B (International more than Continental but both much higher up than TNT) most of their existences. Seems like a more explicit workers title like IC title was in 80s/90s, and the workers happen to be guys like Omega and Okada. Who could complain about that?
