TK is loaded but he tries to cut costs in ways he thinks we don't notice. Pretty sure those D list struggling FL towns are paying them to come there for the business and the venue is probably next to nothing to rent.Comparing massive special big city attraction foreign shows to b-shows in d-towns is no sort of comparison though.
Show me what AEW would draw in a community center in Burnley the day after a big Dynamite if you want to go apples to apples here or something
They were at Amerant Bank Arena the last time. I went to that one. Think this the second time they been in the area. Of course that arena way bigger than HRL. Actually they might have come down another time to a small venue. Yep James L Knight Center back in 2021, FTR beat Lucha Bros for tag titles on that Dynamite.
Not sure if they don't do well due to fact that they rarely come. Seems like some cities, especially Chicago, that they show up a few times a year. Easier for logistics tho when everything is connected from all sides instead of just one side which is north. Hopefully they do well this time and can come back next year. They need better attendance all over tho.
I know they been to central Florida plenty of times so let's see how that one does.

I think you are severely underselling how well they are doing overseas but alas
I think the fact they can do these big shows with great results is a good sign when they continue to be cold as hell in the U.S. I wouldn't have guessed they could get that level of success without the numbers in hand, I don't think it's as simple as "do a show in a major city overseas, it will do well".They could be doing mediocre or downright bad and that's not the case, that's interesting to me.

Wasn't All In a stadium show? Wasn't the second one a weaker draw than the first, and then the follow up show in that city an arena?
