Nope. I got a long time ago but here recently I really starting "wilding out" w/ food.

You just need to zone out. Watch tv & listening to music while you are doing cardio (jogging/walking).
Just really get lost into it, let your thoughts go wild and use the experience for therapy.
Not just to lose weight/focus on a goal (& a time frame).
Just have fun with it and do it to do it.

You wanna know the flip side tho? I keep my head shave right? But I got a receding hair line so when I get lazy, my shyt looks like George Jefferson growing back.

For the longest, I couldn't get mine to connect and eventually it just did after shaving it constantly. Tho you gotta be easy w/ that, cause that shyt will fukk up ya face.
