Preferably by exercise?
I back on my exercise shyt I just need to make it to 3 months to get a habit.
I always thought that the law of thermodynamics and genetics played a role in where fat is lost first. If it works though, far be it from me to tell you anything.

You could be right, my stomach is the first thing to noticeably go through dieting and excersise. But everything else follows quickly after. I do those exercise I mentioned to tone up the pouch
