I withheld rent equivalent to my cleaning expenses incurred AND LABOR, referred the landlord to my attorney, and called inspectors who issued citations to the landlord.

Now the ENRAGED landlord is demanding that the co-tenants (who pulled the bait and switch) pay the amount of rent I withheld. They should have made full disclosure before I moved in and had to clean. I don't pity them...much.

Folk thought I was going to clean up after filthy strangers FOR FREE? I can get more damage$ if the landlord takes me to small claims court. Retaliatory eviction proceedings will result in $$$ damages. I have medical records and photos and emails and attorney fees and receipts. WHO GONE CHECK ME, BOO? >:-T

Not all the way local but good enough. They just gon have me going thru Houston, Dallas and OKC. Basically get to make my own hours as long as i work a minimum of 3 days a week. I never been a "doing just the minimum" type dude, but it's good to have the option.

Knowing what I have on the horizon is gonna make these two months drag tho.
