i still never used my VA home loan benefit--cause you are not allowed to use it for making a profit off renting out the property for a certain time frame

My grandfather has the tax exemption. He also has DV tags on his and my granny car so they get free access to the toll road and city/airport parking and his yearly registration for one vehicle is free as well.
I'm just hoping back taxes on the home doesn't kick us in the ass when my grandparents pass.

Gonna see psych doc tomorrow, and try a therapist on Thursday. I think I have a violent form of ADHD. Or maybe I'm bi-polar.
But my experience with these kind of people in the past hasn't been great. Maybe I hit a bottom and and old enough to want to calm down. Just turned 30.
Haven't used any drugs or alcohol in over 3 months and past two weeks I've been very hyper and angry; the randomly I'm calm and happy. Been snapping at everybody, haven't choked anybody in 6 months, and it's about to happen again. Can't afford it. Good things are happening, and I'm blessed. As long as I don't die I'm good.

I truly believe that you should dress for the position you want. Gotta start dressing more like a Young CEO
