One of my brothers got married today, Dint get a invite. I had to find out on on Facebook it's cool though. I'm about to try to meditate for the first time then go to sleep

So. Im usually up at 6 on weekends 4 on weekdays. Only time im up after that is because im sick.

Im in bed by 10. Nothing on my mind i just take the time for myself. M-F I try to exercise, write in my journal or do a load of laundry. I didnt exercise this morning but i will tomorrow. On weekends i just chill in silence.

When my daughter gets up i dont have silence or peace...im "on" so i like to take this time for myself.

Lol, you know Americans have this obsession with being fast. I don't seek things that aren't brought to my attention. It's true, external at least, you never get that internal silence unless you sleep or meditate. It would be nice though

Taking my daughter to this Christmas Tree Lighting thing tonight.

Thats another reason why i like to write in my journal. Its more than just feelings but the thoughts in my head, on paper in a more organized fashion. Sometimes the thoughts go on a check list i need to complete or it may something i add to a list of goals. I like to put the chaos where i can see it.

-Renting a car for the day is like $50 and its a good way to soothe new car fever. Even if you rent it for a week its less than a monthly car payment.
