Ended up complaining to my manager about one of my coworkers.
I wash dishes, he's supposed to start work at 1:30 pm, but shows up to work at 12:30 pm and starts complaining about all of the dishes.
We have to take the trash out, and if I'm taking trash out then dishes stack up, but I'm not off until 2:00 pm so I can help him even once he starts work and since it's only 12:30 I still have an hour before he gets on.
Anyway, he starts talking and basically tells me to shut up, so then I tell him to be quiet and ignore him. Then he goes off on a tangent saying he see's why no one likes me, because I'm too lazy to do my job. I bust my behind.
So I tell the manager today, and I'm telling my WW (Work Woadie) about how this is the second time he's done this and it's not cool, especially when I have an hour and a half before I'm off anyway. Then we see our manager and she says "yeah, thanks for telling me, I'm sorry that happened. I'll talk to him tomorrow because he's in a bad mood". My coworker says exactly what's on my mind (He's mexican) "F*ckin white people man. She's not going to talk to him because he's in a bad mood, well what if I say f*ck you I don't feel like coming to work, is that ok too?".
I come back into the kitchen and the same dude that I reported (It was 12:30 pm again and he doesn't start until 1:30
) tells me to get out of the kitchen because I can't handle my "sh*t", and he says this in front of the team leads and some other coworkers. I just said okay and dipped.
I'm not going to argue against dude, like I told my WW, white people love to tell, black and brown people don't really tell, but I'm going to just report him and I'm not going to even try to argue with this dude because he's trying to trample down the wrong path.
That ish didn't annoy me, but who likes to be talked like this?
Besides that my job is cool, I enjoy it.
