Pray to whatever God you worship, this deal goes through. Put in an offer yesterday and today my agent follows up with the sellers agent about the offer. He tells her he's waiting for my lender to call him back. My agent calls me in a panic; YOU NEED TO GET A HOLD OF THE LENDER RIGHT AWAY!!! 
I call, text and email my lender the sellers agent's info. Not even a minute later she calls me to say she just called him and he didn't answer
Said she was at the hospital with her mom yesterday so she couldn't return his call until today 
It's nearly 6pm bytch, why didn't you call him back earlier today? 
I would just get a new lender, but I've talked to two and they said they can't beat the mortgage product I'm being offered.

This white lady tried the hell out of me. She said I wasn't the right fit for a job, but then proceeds to tell me they have housekeeping job that would be a great fit. I have two years of professional experience plus a degree ( recent college grad) and not to mention I meet all the skills and qualifications you asked for, and you have the audacity to say fukking cleaning is a better fit for me

Was a good effort but sounds like all the other generic rap they got out there these days. Wasn't anything out of this world. Haven't heard much of your other stuff, not sure if you've posted it on here. Keep at it tho. But maybe try to find your own lane. It sounded like a track that someone else like future or another artist had made. Keep writing and working on your lyrics. Your flow was ok and it seems in tune. Maybe you can get better advice from the pros on here tho.
Got me on edge about this package delivery today. Ordered a few items from the Polo website and ups said it was delivered this afternoon to my front door at 330. I left for work shortly after since I started at 4 and don't remember seeing any package or even hearing a delivery guy come up. My pops was there and he would've got to the door if he heard the guy or the dogs barking. Even my mom's and brother would've seen it when they got in. And I doubt someone stole it cuz the front door is a bit far from the street and it's a safe neighborhood anyways. Gated community. Just went out to look earlier since I got back from work and nothing on the front porch. Either one of my people's put it somewhere in the house or they didn't deliver it. I need to contact ups.
