Well then start working with a purpose. At least say you saved X amount, learned skills or paid off debt or something. Don't just work to work.

As long as everyone has their own separate space. Dozen has a 4-plex so she could give you some tips/pointers I'm sure. I don't think it would cost a half a mil in Texas either.
