I thought about group economics, buying a house thats a half milli and splitting the cost between 4 adults who have a combined total of 7 kids.

That does sound cool.

An older couple I know have a big land in texas where the grandparents built their house and then had one of their sons build his own house on the same lot.

They have a 3rd house that they are putting on the same land. I think it will be for their daughter.

My sis n law brought it up. She's in Long beach and wanted to buy but to get a decent house in a good area you have to be willing to spend at least 500k.

I told her if she's down we can get our funds and buy a duplex with a small house in the back. That way we can pass it down to the kids or rent it out later on down the line.

It's nothing bad, I just meant that all the women going into the studio and talking outside had me looking with impure thoughts


She was with me today because she bought some chairs at an antique shop that couldn't fit in her car and I rent office and warehouse space uptown a few blocks from the studio. We had lunch and I did a few things for work after I dropped her off then picked her back up
