Police just damn near broke down my neighbors’ door

We just laid back down after I turned the fan on cause it was hot when I hear this loud ass commotion in the hallway and they interrogated my neighbor, I guess she and her bd were arguing but I haven’t seen him in a while. She has an infant and two teenagers in there. I thought they were looking for “someone” or something double locked my shyt.
