These are some things I like:

• Has goals and is working actively to achieve them.
• Financially Stable. Not borrowing money every week, different room mates, moving all the time, etc.
• "Moral". Not necessarily an overly kind person, but doesn't fukk people over for fun either. Treats the majority of people decently.
  
• Has all his teeth.

Something is going on at my job:

• Whole Chicago office forced to work from home with the option to use a shared office space for larger meetings if they choose
• One of the guys in leadership stepped down
• One of the managers from our team put in his notice, but didn't give a full two weeks
