how much water do you guys drink a day? and how do you do it?
Gallon and a half.

Drink 16 oz cups of water all during the day.

1 with breakfast.
5 throughout the morning at work before working out.
4 after the workout and before the end of work.
1 with dinner and 1-2 throughout the night.

Like clockwork during the weekdays.

The weekend... is another story.

Why not just transfer it bank to bank that's what I do
  1. Not everyone has a bank account. In some countries you cant just "get a bank account". It comes at a cost that the person may not be able to afford or wanna deal with if they dont have that much money to put in there anyway
  2. Some people live in rural areas where getting to a bank isnt and easy task. But Western Unions and MoneyGrams are everywhere
Look man, as bad as some of you guys like to complain about your lives here, the standard of living you have here isnt the same everywhere. I'm a systems engineer for a company who specializes in Telecom systems. Do you know in many small countries you have to PAY FOR VOICEMAIL on your phone service? Yes that same voicemail you never check here. People in other places have to PAY MONEY for it. In some countries you have to pay a maintenance fee to maintain a bank account. That fee may be in the $20 US range. That's not loose change for everyone

Miss me with all that yapping I've never once complained about my life on here, in fact when posters complain about how bad America is I'm one of the posters who points out that yea we have our flaws but we are doing better than at least 80% if not more of the world. So get off your simple box I was just curious how prevalent western union still was

I don't track so I would have no clue. Best guess:

12 ounces in the AM with supps
20 ounces with pre-workout
20 ounces with post work out
16 at work
40 after work
12 during the night
120ish :manny:
