so I just experienced my first TMJ symptoms
http://www.webmd.com/oral-health/guide/temporomandibular-disorders
my jaw on the left side is tight as fukk and pops everytime I open my mouth, thankfully there isn't much pain, some people have pain that radiates throughout their jaw and face. It just feels awkward/uncomfortable right now. Hopefully this shyt doesn't happen with a lot of frequency, it's kind of annoying.
Get a mouthguard for sleep before it gets worse. Can lead to more serious dental issues and PAIN if left alone.
