I hate getting old. I have GERD and I know for sure my triggers are tomato sauce. I made spaghetti last night and spent all night trying to digest it. Pizza has the same effect. I was looking online and it said to avoid lemon, well citrus of any kind, onions and garlic as well but luckily I haven't experienced issues with them. Oh it said to give up caffeine too that's gonna be HARD, but I'm not trying to be on a medication of any sort.
