Babe, I really hope that this mood swing will subside. What standards do I have to maintain to prove how serious I am about us?

Old friend turned associate of mines had her dude propose to her back in June. Cool. She was supposed to do a court house wedding, then changed it to a Valentine's Day wedding and now she's saying Hawaii in December 2018.
Wondering why she kept pushing it back (I'm thinking cold feet and wanted to lend an encouraging word) she said the guy she legally married 10yrs ago so he could get his green card is back in Nigeria and is basically ignoring her.
She never thought about marriage back then until her dude of 3yrs surprised her with a proposal. He knows what's going on but refuses to marry until she legally divorces dude.
