you missed a goldmine!I FOUND A BUILDING!! I don't know how or when but I'm going to buy it. It's in a perfect location, it's only $50k but I'd probably need a couple thousand in renovations. It would still be under a $100k investment which isn't bad considering is has an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment and a basement that can be finished. It has a lot of long term potential assuming the foundation is good and most of the upgrades would be cosmetic. I'm going to look into it next week. Damn I haven't been this hype in a while. Im already picturing the reno in my head.

Home or for the event space?
Event space. I'm going to look at getting my business license next week...well start the process anyway.
And the house next to it is for sale for $75k and it's been renovated and it's really nice inside. The neighborhood though...the zipcode has potential and this place is near a lake that people exercise in so I can see the neighborhood improving. Damn I wonder if I can get a deal for both LMAO!

I really despise Friday activities that keep me up past midnight...I be tired as shyt by Friday, then have to get up early on Saturday to workout. If you not about dinner, early drinks, and/or early fukking, I'm going to bed
