Don't. Tell her catch up or get left behind. That's what I did...I left her behind. The friends I have now, we aren't as close as her and I and I miss that, but they are definitely more business and forward thinking and that's what I need sometimes to stay motivated about my own goals. When you have a friend that lags behind, insome ways it can hinder you. You start thinking "Well I'm doing better than this person".
