Why people run from connecting with someone these days? I've met some amazing guys, everything on point, personality is real but getting past their defenses has been like trying to dig ur way to Antarctica.
Breaking thru to try to get them to be themselves or let people see who they really are is taboo.
Literally been getting hit with the "u a good chick, u don't want these problems" line.
Or have had dudes literally come out and tell me they don't trust me. Lmao! I'm an open book!

Yeah usually it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. If u literally think u too diabolical for somebody to genuinely care about u, ur committed to that level of ain't-shytness. It's almost like these types feel loyalty to the struggle almost like they have to fulfill as much of that shytty role for themselves as possible.
And they judge u if ur happy b/c they think u don't have the mental fortitude to take it...
