cashier gave me 99 dollars back on a 50 dollar purchase. if it wasn't a black woman at the register, i would have kept that shyt :francis:
Yo I remember when I was in Vegas at a pool party...i bought me and my gf some drinks..dropped 20..the bartenders had been bullshyttin since I got there..not paying attention to what they were doing..they were fukked up...they ended up giving me like 80 bucks in change...if I wasn't a man of proper upbringing I should have pocketed that shyt and walked off :francis:..but I let them knew it was wrong instead

NYC

Realized why this was a Hood Classic!

97/98, tons of new rappers bust on to the seen straight spitting while still harsh telling narratives over tough beats. There was also an insurgence of artists providing music that was indy in essence with mainstream capabilities. It was a relief from the bubble gum machine that was Bad Boys records. Despite NYC doing lot better in terms of crime, police brutality, drug abuse, and diversity; the other boroughs were still themselves, and this music was realer, and what NYC sound was meant to progress to and portrayed hat was going on.

However, by 99, these artist became more bubblegum, and the music was regressing which would eventually lead to NY's downfall (2000-2003). Meanwhile, mainstream rock was becoming harder, and "edge" was in, energy drinks started hitting the scene, and wrestling was the thing to watch. It was obvious one of our most insensitive presidents in the modern era was about to take office, and Black culture would lose it's identity. Average person fell into the propaganda of Y2K and the world just stopping, or maybe ending. Confusion, fear, and and beginnings of technology ruining regular social norms; things were changing, what a scary time ...

Mean while, One of the members of backstreet boys went through a life saving heart surgery, and I want it that way was the first single to feature solo parts from all members. Kevin, who always took a backseat to the rest, had the greatest verse in modern day pop history. I want it that way filled the void, and had an incredible story of Hope in a unsteady time in music. A for a boy band song, it's still harder than 90 percent of Hip Hop in 2015.

And that's the ONLY thing I'm analyzing today, gonna be a great weekend, one more day to go. Hope you all have a healthy and serene day.

Yes i did. & i thought so. Do you think this would sway her my way?
I think it COULD but you should talk to her just to make sure. Communication is going to be your best friend at this point. Tell her you would love to hang out with her and her daughter but only if you two are working towards reconciliation. I think a good number of single mothers, myself included, like the idea of portraying a "family" out in public, but that doesn't mean she's ready for y'all to be together. Since you've been around her daughter before it could be that it's just easier because she's already familiar with you. Kind of like when you want to have sex so you choose someone you've been with before as to not increase your body count.
