I really want to do it. He has a 800 something credit score and really good credit so I know I would get the house I want but, we aren't planning on buying until 2017 when we move to AZ. If he can wait until then, the money we are saving for the down payment and closing we could break him off a big chunk because that would save us a ton not having to put it towards the house.

I know, we are already saving tho. Thats why I said I could keep saving and put that money towards the mortgage principle and chunk of change to fluff his pockets.

LMAO!! Don't gargle just kind of let it chill in there. I can't explain but it kind of expands in your mouth (no homo) to the point where you can feel where it's too much and then I spit it out. My routine is something like this:
-Shower
-Brush/floss
-Peroxide
-Dry off/moisturize

Usually by the time I'm done moisturizing the peroxide is full in my mouth and I need to spit it out.

I dont understand how the same 2 houses get raided every few months for drug bust, the time before last the swat team rolled down the street something fierce. This time a gang of police cars as usually, I dont understand if its the same people setting up there or whats going on. It's been years and every 3-4 months there is some kind of drug raid.
