Y'all sound like you need to do some soul searching. Jeez, that social media has people acting a fool. I think a lot of men who deal with women, lots of them, are emotionally unstable. Like you must have done other bad things like this before, its in your nature and you don't even allow yourself time to sort out your emotions. You just jump into another thing and pretend like your life is fine when you just something super foul. Do you know how damaging that can be to your emotions and mind? Yolo, better sort yourself before this effects you in the future. Could stop you from having that meaningful relationship that includes marriage and kids if you're so malicious. Not saying you could never gain that this way but to be so paranoid and not trust and then do dirt, that behavior continued into the future on another level could resort in a divorce or your kids be emotionally damaged, etc.

You need to not be so emotional. In my book Carl Jung describes 'emotions' and 'feelings'. Feeling is discriminating what you deem valuable, Emotion is reacting due to something affecting you. Stop being so reactive and think rationally. You shouldn't have reacted like that, you should have determined that if she says that she loves her ex then she is no longer of value to you.

Like Jigoro Kano say's "jukuryu danko", which means "decisive action after careful consideration". Now you need no more cry over spilt milk, pick yourself up and strive to better yourself by taking this as a lesson and realize the blessing in disguise because this sort of behavior is unacceptable as an adult and you need to change it.
