Currently have hay fever, got a little better but still feel super weak. I just can't do anything when I am sick, idk how other people can get things done. Salute to them/ Hopefully I get better by Saturday

Glad I used most of my tax money wisely to send more towards the car and pay off credit cards and lower the balance on my main credit card. So losing some money gambling won't hurt me too much. Need to just save up what I got left and my next check so I can buy my new phone.

I'm using my refund for new furniture...I'm hoping I have some money left over to put in savings

Finally got the quote from the title company my agent recommended. They gave me a discount of $135 and provided me with a one year home warranty. I'll need about $3500 in closing costs. Got the mortgage sheet from the lender too the mortgage payment will be around $960. $950 was my target so I'm not mad at all. I'm just hoping the inspection looks good and that's happening on Tuesday. If all goes well, settlement will be 3/29. The good thing is the house was in bad shape when it was foreclosed on, but the bank did an inspection and mold remediation ,so the majority of issues should have been addressed. So exciting and frustrating at the same time.

This company is so poorly run, it's funny.

We've been getting emails for the past three weeks telling people not to click on foreign links and just shyt about viruses. Yesterday a virus wipes out the entire Canadian server :heh: Meanwhile we don't have enterprise level virus protection and mine gives me an error everyday that it failed to update. I told them about it and they say "Eh, it's ok". How are you not aware where viruses are coming from on computers that are connecting to your network? The actual CEO of the company sends an email telling people not to click on any weird links. Sir, where is your CIO? That's not your damn job to step in on these matters. Plus it's been going on for 3 weeks, you need to fire someone for letting it get this far.

The best part is that they purchased my old company for our analytics and software, meanwhile they have the infrastructure in house to do everything we can, they just lack competent employees. Spending millions of dollars on a new SalesForce platform, but trying to use your old database schema, which is shyt. How about fixing your old shyt before you buy new stuff?
