i get a thorough physical done twice a year...there's too many people i know in my age range that got some serious physical issues going...even had people pass away..health is wealth
it most certainly is...my recent ex..after me she had got into a relationship with somebody for about 2 years..they are not together anymore...but she hinted on her FB that the reason for her breakup was that she was ready for the next step but dude was not
man I have been off the past 3 days and been running around but today im staying in, Im never even leaving the house to go to the gym. Today will be my break day and I will get back at it tomorrow. Might wash some cloths and take a shower but dont really feel like leaving. Ive taken like 3 different short naps already since waking up at 530 am
