So I'm watching New Jack City and eating a cold cut combo on italian herbs and cheese, toasted and I just noticed 2 things.

Getting over mild food poisoning. My
Period showed up raping my insides, I have a headache...and I'm spending the whole day traveling. Can't get to my hotel fast enough. I wanted to explore Casablanca, but I think I'm just gonna sleep so I can enjoy the rest of my vacation.

My boy hit me weeks back asked me did I know about his childhood. Had no idea where he was going with it but I told him briefly. He included his brother as well...telling me how they were mistreated by their dad and his family. How they would constantly get beat. His mother took them away from them at an early age and brought them to the U.S. from Ecuador. My boy was telling me the only memories he had was of mistreatment. And his grandmother found him on Facebook and he lives in another country. His mother wants them to consider speaking with him, but my boy and his brother wanted no parts of it. He asked for my advice and we had a deep conversation.
He never spoke again about it until today...well actually last night he text me saying he had something important to ask me but he said it can wait until tomorrow.
Tonight, he called me and told how he spoke with his dad, wasn't excited or bent about the situation. He said his mother, brother and his mom bf are going to Spain to see him in July and he would appreciate it if I go with them.
I guess he notice my reluctance in answering but he told me to just think about it. I asked him why me...he asked me do I really needed to answer that....
We talk about bs after that....an hour goes by, his mother text me this "You are a friend of the family Tarik. I can never thank you enough for always looking after my boys. They chose you to assist them with your support to face the hardest thing they have to face this early in their lives. We'll understand if you decline. But, if you EVER need anything, please don't hesitate to come to us. You can count on us always "
I just responded with "understood"
My wife said go....What would you do?
