do you have the luxury of being able to piss every 20 minutes? cus u that's what its like for me so far.
ive been drinking a half to a gallon of water almost everyday(4-5 times a day). been on it for four months now. I work out so I carry a gallon of water with me when I'm going to the gym so that should count. further more I noticed some changes. my skin is clearer/hydrated (even though I have a few acne scars but no acne), ladies tell me I have nice soft skin, I feel more hydrated, piss is clear like water, maintains my lean weight, etc.
im not too sure about the apple cider vinegar. I rather substitute that with a slice of fresh lime and mint or lime and cucumber in there or just leave the lime in the water. I guess I rather go for the taste lol
but the apple cider vinegar should do wonders as well. heard and read good things about so I might order some in the near future.

yeah, i didn't realize i've probably always been dehydrated until recently
i've always figured because my urine is usually clearish, i'm hydrated. but even while during this whole gallon a day challenge, sometimes i'm still pissing a little bit of yellow.

anyone want to try the gallon a day water test with me? 30 days, we drinking 1 gallon per day. im also taking a shot of braggs apple cider vinegar with it. supposed to give you more energy, clearer skin, better circulation, healthier hair, weight loss, etc. etc.
im on day 3 and i already feel a difference

hmmm.. your urine can change colors depending on what you're eating. meaning how hydrated you are and if you're taking any medications. so if your urine is blue or green you need to go get that check out by the doctor.
if your pee is yellowish clear then you are well hydrated and healthy. so you're good. however if your pee is clear like water it means you have too much water in your system and too much water is not a good thing. now instead of going the gallon of day route, why not drink a half a gallon instead of a gallon? health experts recommend to drink atleast a half of gallon a day.
in my situation since im working out I drink a gallon because I'm lifting weights and doing different types of cardiovascular exercises. so I sweat a lot and lose alot of water. glad that you're taking up this challenge and once you completed your goal please tag me and tell me how the results went.

so im working out downstairs
with headphones on
somebody taps me on my back
i thought it might have been this big legged white hoe i saw looking at me when i was on the 2nd floor
it was this big ass white boy
talmbout, "excuse me bro, I thought you were somebody else"
mind you, i carry a military issue camelbak that has my last name and branch on that hoe
plus, there i was directly facing the wall that is covered in mirrors all over
so even if you were behind me you can see my face
then this cac was like

so last night i went hanging out with my cousin and a few of her home girls
one of them been on my nuts from day 1
she was cute
but her body just made wrong as fukk
last time i seen her was Christmas
shawty done gained like 30lbs since then
she already short like 5'1
and got no neck
with a big ass head
but she use to be cute'ish
but i wasnt attracted at all
she stayed trying to ask me on dates and shyt
she 29 with a 14yr old daughter
so even if she was fine i would be like
but how u gain so much weight
u already had no neck
now u look like Dr. Eggman Robotnik
so im working out downstairs

I wish more Jamaicans and other Carribbean nations are black conscious. We have a few that are black conscious but it's not enough. Yeah sis these chinks are all over the world opening up stores in large black population places. Even chinks are making money off the motherland.
