I agree. Everyone has their own bmi etc so you should know what works for you.

I will suggest, eat fruits with water like pineapples, watermelon, berries etc. This helped me tremendously with my weight loss.

Instead of potatoe chips, I ate kale chips, apple chips or rice chips which helped.


Have you tried apple cider vinegar? I drink a tsp everyday. It's a booster
