Happiness has nothing to do with shyt not going wrong in ur life. Because shyt will ALWAYS go wrong. Lmao! Happiness depends on how u handle it and how u perceive it when it does go wrong.
Take a step back, gain control over the situation by analyzing ur contribution to the issue and taking responsibility for any role u played, and then create a plan to make amends, reconstruct or do what u can to fix it.

White p*ssy getting nikkaz caught up again
So, somebody at work wrote an anonymous letter to a white lady over in the office. It said some shyt like "Just one night, is all I desire. Sweat on me and put out my fire"
It said some other bullshyt too, but the way they found out who wrote it was
They sent her out to the floor and she was friendly chattin with nikkaz on the shop floor.
She stopped at this one dude's machine and she was like "When I go out, I just want to be noticed by guys. If a guy expresses his desire for me, I'd probably melt in his arms"
This nikka was like "Did you get a letter on your desk?"
She said "yeah"
He held his arms out and said "melt away"
She smiled, went to the office and came back with the supervisor and the HR person. They walked this nikka into the office and he hasn't been back since.

Losing a good friend is painful. Especially when all they tried to do is take you out of darkness.

@AlternativeFacts ive been thinking on what you said. Perhaps I just need to work on small changes first. I'm still struggling on how to just say "be happy" but I have been trying to remove negativity by just leaving the house.

Thats where I started. I havent achieved any of my actual new goals yet, but I feel so much better. My mindset is much more positive and Im embracing just being myself thats where it starts. Keep that up
Just leaving the house can help too. I know from experience. Just going for a walk can clear your mind
