Y'all never chill on here, eh?
I talk about losing weight a lot because im serious about the shyt. I feel like I'll be more respectable when I'm in peak shape. Its like I don't feel like I'm what I should be at 312 pounds. I've been cutting down my weight slowly. But its a long ways to go.
Im not gonna be in the back with the rest of the rejects anymore, not gonna have my messages on read. fukk that lol. With this weight loss I'll be a new man.
Nah I get this reaction from chicks too sometimes. People these days seem suspicious of happiness. Or judgemental of it on some "if u happy, u ain't been thru shyt" type mentality. Why wouldn't they trust you? Are you shady![]()

See I don't mind the hard work. But, damn it gets very confusing with so much info. So much varieties to figure out which is which and what works best for you.Its easier to follow through with it if you talk and research it consistently.

I am. I'm trying to just create a list of foods I'm eating. Cutting soda out was the hardest part. And consistently eating healthy on a budget is harder. Its easier to follow through with it if you talk and research it consistently.
PessimismNah I get this reaction from chicks too sometimes. People these days seem suspicious of happiness. Or judgemental of it on some "if u happy, u ain't been thru shyt" type mentality.
People also associate happiness with stupidity which always works in my advantage.
So dudes be wondering what's wrong with u if ur positive, especially if they dealt with negative chicks in the past.
The idea that somebody might just enjoy being around u and isn't trying to run game on u or use u for a meal ticket is unfathomable to them.

) being happy can seem suspicious because there is so much in this world to be upset about from our pessimistic point of view
I can't stand that mentality. Why I gotta act like I go thru pain first, just the feel happiness second????Nah I get this reaction from chicks too sometimes. People these days seem suspicious of happiness. Or judgemental of it on some "if u happy, u ain't been thru shyt" type mentality.

Trust issues for some. I mean its hard to come across genuine people. At least from my perspective it is. To meet an individual that is about Something and legitimately gives a fukk across the board. So dudes be wondering what's wrong with u if ur positive, especially if they dealt with negative chicks in the past.

OK. I appreciate that.I agree, but it all boils down to
weight loss =more calories used that taken in.
Muscle gain = Tons of protein.
Calorie counting is the best way to balance weight loss, once you realize that you have about 1800 calories for a day (as a man) and things like ONE soda takes up 250 and a candy bar takes up 250 and now you only have 1300 left for an entire day its easier to put things in perspective and see how and why its so easy to be over weight.
Just don't let articles and media fool you.
( you can't spot weight loss)
(muscle building does help you burn more calories in the long run but you'll still gain weight or hover around the same wild building muscles)
Look at it as a life long change and not a diet.
It takes months to see results, but whatever you do, do it consistently and make it a habit.
Pro tip, don't jump into the gym life and try and over lift or push yourself. So many people screw themselves up long term lifting wrong or to much weight.
