I talk about losing weight a lot because im serious about the shyt. I feel like I'll be more respectable when I'm in peak shape. Its like I don't feel like I'm what I should be at 312 pounds. I've been cutting down my weight slowly. But its a long ways to go.
Im not gonna be in the back with the rest of the rejects anymore, not gonna have my messages on read. fukk that lol. With this weight loss I'll be a new man.

Its easier to follow through with it if you talk and research it consistently.

Why wouldn't they trust you? Are you shady :wtb:
Nah I get this reaction from chicks too sometimes. People these days seem suspicious of happiness. Or judgemental of it on some "if u happy, u ain't been thru shyt" type mentality. :rudy:
People also associate happiness with stupidity which always works in my advantage.
So dudes be wondering what's wrong with u if ur positive, especially if they dealt with negative chicks in the past.
The idea that somebody might just enjoy being around u and isn't trying to run game on u or use u for a meal ticket is unfathomable to them.

Pessimism

And also as a guarded insensitive closed off guy (yes I'm the type yall hate to love:pachaha:) being happy can seem suspicious because there is so much in this world to be upset about from our pessimistic point of view

Also when people are overly happy they seem like they're hiding their true emotions for the sake of a positive attitude. Get it?:leostare:

I can't stand that mentality. Why I gotta act like I go thru pain first, just the feel happiness second????

Trust issues for some. I mean its hard to come across genuine people. At least from my perspective it is. To meet an individual that is about Something and legitimately gives a fukk across the board.:yeshrug:

See I don't mind the hard work. But, damn it gets very confusing with so much info. So much varieties to figure out which is which and what works best for you.:hhh:

I agree, but it all boils down to

weight loss =more calories used than taken in. ( I shouldn't say used but less used than your daily intake requirements)
Muscle gain = Tons of protein.

Calorie counting is the best way to balance weight loss, once you realize that you have about 1800 calories for a day (as a man) and things like ONE soda takes up 250 and a candy bar takes up 250 and now you only have 1300 left for an entire day its easier to put things in perspective and see how and why its so easy to be over weight.

Just don't let articles and media fool you.

( you can't spot weight loss)
(muscle building does help you burn more calories in the long run but you'll still gain weight or hover around the same wild building muscles)

Look at it as a life long change and not a diet.

It takes months to see results, but whatever you do, do it consistently and make it a habit.

Pro tip, don't jump into the gym life and try and over lift or push yourself. So many people screw themselves up long term lifting wrong or to much weight.

OK. I appreciate that.
Nah, I don't let the articles fool me. At most I try to ask people who do lift that give straight truth to me like you do. I always see change the long way, the whole point of it is to make your life better. I don't mess with the gym like that. I'm way more comfortable in my own crib. Why go to the gym, if I can simply do the same at home? :yeshrug:

Btw she's planning on moving out here @AlternativeFacts @Yusuke
She's sweet
She said she felt stagnant in Texas.
She wanted growth and felt like Texas was too negative and the people around her were repressing her and didn't want to let her evolve.
She's out touring my city now and looking for work.
She wants to get into fitness work and I told her about the gyms out here.
