White men hate Floyd Mayweather. Connor McGregor is the great white hope. I hope that cracker gets mopped by the God.

I noticed white people tend to describe black athletes and artists as less technically skilled than their white counter-parts. Deep down they think they're smarter than us and that secret manifests itself in their criticism of black people.

It's so very hard to be confident talented and a black man. Motherfukkers hate to see us win.

My girl used to tell me my life is hard because people are jealous. I'm very talented, motivated, ambitious, and intelligent. I'm athletic and artistic. I'm smart and grounded.

She's right. I remember in school I had class with Asians and whites because I was in an accelerated program. I'd get high grades and the Asian kids would cry sometimes if I beat them.

I remember when I first realized I'm hella athletic. I went to play football at recess and Jack was there. Jack was the fastest dude in my school. I never ran fast or did any sports but I knew I was faster.

I told him I cold beat him. Everybody laughed until we lined up to start the race. I smoked Jack. I remember being able to jump hella high in baseball. I loved chasing home-runs. I robbed a lot of people because I could read the ball and jump high enough to snatch it out the air while running.

I can still jump over garbage cans. Small children. My coordination is no joke either. I can isolate muscle groups and do two things at once. I can dribble a basketball and soccer ball at the same time.

As a former coach and trainer I can confidently say most athletes are taught to do that stuff. I could do it before I knew it was a big deal. I used to create games to play as a kid to exercise my skills.

At 27 my mind is like a computer. I assess the scene, make a list of options, and pick one. Should I go behind the back left to right? Or should I reverse 360 over the garbage can, hang in the air, and Jordan that shyt with my left hand?

When I watch sports I watch the athletes feet and hands. I can copy what I'm seeing. White people I played soccer with were always jealous that I could teach myself shyt by watching.

They need a trainer and cone drills. All I need is someone to watch and a private space.

I recently taught myself how to shoot a jump shot. I'm a solid shooter. Which is hilarious because I don't play basketball. But my jumper is money.

I figured it out from watching Ray Allen and Klay Thompson. They take the same shot everytime and they keep their body straight. Don't think, just shoot, and they focus on their balance. I noticed they spread their fingers too. I figured out the ball needs to come off my finger tip and I need to snap my wrist.

It took me a while to get down but I got a jumper now. If I can learn to dribble and the rules I'm about to tear the local courts up.
