Good luck. :whew:

thank you guys.

and yeah, i'm not drinking at all tonight and doing my best irish goodbye after i say a few hellos and shake the proper hands.

i've been researching the firm and the role all week but i'm still kinda :dwillhuh: about the whole thing. the HH who hooked me up swears they're not looking for someone purely w role specific experience, moreso seeking a well diversified background and someone they feel would do well in their training program. i also kinda think the guy i'm meeting w is having me in because we share the same alma matter. but he probably doesn't realize i was anything but the academic i've read he was/accomplished trader he is.

gonna be an interesting morning. me coming in on casual friday bright eyed and bushy tailed wearing a suit and tie while the rest of the floor is in jeans, bloodshot eyes and reeking of booze.

:leon: Those are the situations..where you usually end up getting the job.

Scust at being fully prepared for an interview, killing the interview, and getting thrown in the bushes for someone else anyway.

:salute: You got it

:whew: Rode around for half an hour looking for parking. It was all worth it ...instead of being taxed in a closer spot.

You're so going to look like a guy that's interviewing.

i'll remove the tie and jacket before i come into the trading room, if anyone says anything i will just play the jew card and say i'm going straight from the office to temple for fri night Hanukkah services :manny:. i mean, there's really only 1 person i care about knowing about it, and he knows i've been looking to leave here so i doubt he'd be surprised if he knew i was taking interviews.
