She gives you beauty, aesthetic, dance, the songs, a live voice that sounds just as good as on record/sometimes better and performance.
A lot of these girls just have good songs.
Like Rihanna has good songs and an aesthetic, plus she is beautiful. That's why she is where she is. She is not a singer. She is not a dancer. But she can sell albums and people want to see her. We are also exposed to Rihanna's personality and I think people find her personality addictive.

Maybe it's just me but I'm just not the belief that, just because someone can sing or sing great hooks on a few artists albums doesn't mean they should drop an album.

For example, Nate Dogg probably the greatest hook singer in hip-hop/R&B history I think he only came out with one solo album. Not saying it's a bad thing but he was just great at being a feature on other ppls songs.
