I always wanted to do community service jobs.

But I had a lot going in, in my personal life how could I help them?

I knew when I applied for CASA to volunteer and they did my interview to see if I can handle the cases and I was damn near in tears in the office. I hadn't faced my own demons at the moment and haven't went back. Due to my new job I can't do it because of time.

You can always go back if only to volunteer

I can't volunteer now. I have a lot of volunteer experience from 16-22 because of the YEOP program I was in. I worked in hospitals, Senior Citizen homes, etc. That's how I got the job for the City. I helped lead/organize specific Youth events: festivals, job fairs, college fairs, etc. I did art work (show case) for Rape victims. Poetry.

I graduated high school early because I did homeschooling in the 10th grade and started community college courses early, so I had extra time.

Yeah she told me she'll try to get into UCF/UF. I told her that too, Im not tryin to keep her from medical school at all.

We talked before but it didnt work out cuz of my ass as always but shes been in love with me for a minute. Not tryna fukk her over. We just started talkin again some Im just like chill for now.

If she already got into a medical school she needs to go. It's not guarantee she'll get into the ones in y'all area then what?

She got till next summer to get her mind right.

To me it did at the time and growing up. They killed my best friend right in front of me at that age plus growin up seein similar shyt with homies. It aint no throwin hands about that.

Its just the mentality. Theres no fightin no more, as much as I love to fight and handle it man to man. Folk comin back with heat if you beat they ass. Its sad as fukk to see as Im gettin older I understand where youre comin from but its a huge mentality problem when you live in that lifestyle.

I agree 100%. My fam was into all types of shyt so the lifestyle was normal to us.

Fasho I think about it everyday about how Ima raise my kids the right way and not in the violence. Karma/consequences are a bytch foreal.

The youth needs guidance. Hell young adults.

I remembered when I cussed out a manager at work and got to keep my job.

So this 19 year old girl was gonna fight this other co worker but before she was gonna do it she asked will she keep her job like me?

I realized right then and there that she was always watching my actions. And tho I'm only a few years older than her she really assumed she could fight, not go to jail and keep her job at the same time.

We had a good talk and she wind up not fighting. She always asked me about a lot of things like credit, jobs, schooling, and what she should do and she almost dropped outta school because she was 19 and felt too old to finish.

Sometimes people are watching when we don't think they are. We truly have to be the examples. Talking is bullshyt.
