They hit the corner ahead of me,

bout 2 mins later I hit the same corner, i look up from my phone this nikka on his knees blowin the shyt outta dude Pause but this nikka was goin crazy

They hear my footsteps suddenly stop and we just lookin at each other like

There is a weird pause cause i aint about to change the direction im walkin

These nikkas just took off runnin

God really blessed me with such a happy intelligent child.

He’s a lot like me, very strong-willed about what he wants, likes and doesn’t. We gonna have a time chile

I’m determined not to be a reactive parent to the way my family raised me, but I definitely prioritize him knowing and understanding that I love him no matter what, whether he does or doesn’t fulfill my particular pressure and timing of what he needs to do/be. For all his milestones like walking and talking, family always has something to say when he’s not even behind. A lot of what he does is when/if he feels like it.

I’ll be doing something and he’ll blurt out very context appropriate phrases like “All done”-his food, “Okay” and so on and such. Can I get him to say it after me? Nope but he def talks
