Burpees, yoga, and walking trails with a Weighted vest all 2025.

These burpees still destroy me but it's getting less and less destructive and when the 100 I'm doing now isn't a big deal. Then it's 150 and beyond! I'm gonna look like an extra from 300 in no time.:blessed:

Trying to figure out how to start learning about yoga. What would you recommemd?
