The blatant narcissism that i see on certain platforms with the whole "look at me, pretentious, attention seeker, be low vibrational for clicks" shyt is too much for me. Social media done made folks blind to their own narcissism. shyt is DRAINING af. Thats why i HATE the like button and even that follower/subscriber shyt. Too many people looking for an ego boost, dopamine rush with these platforms and it SHOWS. After awhile, i just tune out and begin to realize some of these folks are really narcissists. I literally just shut down and stop participating because i dont time to feed narcissists or their egos. I already have to deal with a family member with that issue and they were really irritate me because they were basically doing weird shyt for attention hoping i would notice them. So believe me, i dont like that shyt at all.
Its good to have confidence. Its good to feel good about yourself. Its good to be secure with yourself. But theres a difference when you are jumping in front of other people expecting them to validate you or to be praise you while looking down on themselves or to talk down on people or look down on people who are helping you at the same time. Ive seen all that shyt and its just depressing shyt. Im weary of these types or whenever i see that energy because these types are NEVER happy with themselves. Theyre broken.

I got hiccups on a conference call today, and I have them again now.
