I plan on getting into meditation at some point in the very near future. Lately, I've just been trying to be/think more positively and my outlook on life has done a 180 over the past few months. Side note, if you aren't on that cold shower wave, then you're missing out. shyt is mind-altering.

There's a headspace app that helps guide you through mediations. You start of with 5 mins, then move on to 10 and then 20. It works for some people as it gives them structure and a routine to follow.
