I've been there. Depression is my mental health issue. If you ever wanna talk to somebody who doesn't know you please pm me. Are your thoughts turning that dark, or are you just saying that?

im not gonnna get through it tho. its been like this for years. its just been getting worse and worse and now im home bound with 54% attendance at school. nothing will get better because i will never be able to leave the life i live, as long as im stuck here, the worse it will get. dying is the only thing that can get me out of here

If you believe that it's not going to get better then it won't. You gotta start makin moves in your life so that you can get better

just start going for jogs so that you at least get yourself out of the house. I think that will also help with the tremors.

Try meditating for at least 10 minutes
I struggle a lot of times with this because I can't keep still but find a nice quiet dark place like even a closet.
And calm your body

i always think about suicide because its my only way out. i wanted to off myself when i was 11 but when i found out my mother was pregnant i didnt do it, i dont even remember how i was gonna do it i just wanted to die. now its even worse my life is going no where, all my teachers think im being lazy even my psychology doesnt understand me and she knows about mental health issues and still doesnt do anything to help me out. as much as you want to try and help, there is nothing you can do. im stuck around people who dont understand me and want to punish me for something i cannot control.

I know how you feel. Im getting another degree now and am juggling multiple drug habits, heroin primarily (for 15 years now), so I know about teacher s not understanding you. All I can say is if you are serious about it wait until the next day and if you are still set then do what you do. Ppl do care about you. I've never met you and I care and I'm not just saying that. We can empathize with eachother on a level most ppl can't/are too afraid too. Plz contact me if you feel like you're gonna do something.
I just want you to know that there is somebody who will listen and not judge you.

we need a physical health thread. i got a throat infection again been bedridden for 3 days again. i got my tonsils out cus i used to get tonsilitis like every month. so now my tonsils are gone i aint got no first line of defense for viral illnesses. so i dont get tonsilitis but i still get throat infections that feel just like tonsilitis i got a big night out planned tomorrow and i cant even swallow or talk

@okra go to your school counsellor. i used to have to go cus i was misbehaving so much. she can refer you to a good mental health doctor in the area.

im getting educated in the boxing gym. you cant expect every man to do the same thing. weve got different spirits. i couldnt make it through school. just like some people cant make it through the boxing gym doors.
