What do you do for work

forklift but i worked crazy hours for 1.5 years. Basically worked 6/7, did all the overtime I could get and when they stopped offering overtime I was burned out. The fast pace was keeping me going on autopilot but ever since overtime stopped I crashed hard.

And now i'm at home :yeshrug:

Do you drink or smoke? If so, you have to stop.

Do you exercise regularly? If not, you have to start.

Do you eat healthy food? If not, this is your problem.

All of these things will play with your mind enough to have you damn near suicidal. No joke.

Fix the basics, and all that "existential" shyt like the meaning of your life will come to you while you're busy taking care of your temple.

I drink very rarely, my eating has been hit or miss, and I just havent had the energy to excercise lately. I fell of a cliff this month.

Been having some suicidal ideations but mostly feelings of hopelessness.

19, 20, 21 years later, I might have finally overcome my ocd. :ohhh: don't know what happened or how it happened but I am not completely held hostage by the compulsion to look at the time, color of cars, letters in words and etc to validate my obsessions. Also not looking at myself in the mirror all the time on some worrying shyt. Wtf happened? :blessed: this reminds me of when I was 15, I started eating normally again instead of being picky eater beyond belief where I starved myself. I was severely underweight and that shyt happened for some years. That shyt may have affected my development. But I'm getting better slowly. That shyt terrorized my life and had me at a stand still where every move I made, I was scared that something bad was going to happen. Anxiety really held me hostage. Just cringing thinking about it. Now it's to live my life without that which will be a huge adjustment.

Either that or someone probably has been praying for me, working magic or whatever. Thank you, thank you, thank you. All jumping on my mattress looking at the clock at 3 in the morning over that shyt.

How does therapy work? You just sit in there and talk?


Hey I’m a therapist. And yeah essentially More or less that’s what it is. But it’s also not that simple. You sit and speak and therapist can help with distorted thinking, self-depreciating thoughts, try re-work negative self-talk. Help you establish and work on goals. It’s a lot more to it than just sitting and talking. But that is a large part of it. A non-judge-mental place to talk and be heard.

Had my first panic attack on Thursday, shyt is no fukking joke. Had one yesterday as well. Today I’m fine but I’m just on edge because those panic attacks feel fukking terrible.

I’m cutting out weed and heavily reducing alcohol in my life now.

It's about that time of the year again... Weather changes, stuff starts to get gloomy, my depression hits hard around this time of the year. Like extremely intense and I'm just really dreading it.
