i don’t think this was an AB hire at all. AB is semi retired now, he’s hired people to oversee his businesses. I’m not saying he’s a figure head but I doubt AB is in a meeting talking offensive strategy with his football ops people
Koetter was a DQ hire he’s a guy he was familiar with and felt a sense of respect for. He was also someone who was a OC here and a head coach so he felt comfortable letting him run it. It’s clear that decision, like many DQ and TD have made, was a bad one. This offense is stuck in 2014

I wasn’t aware DQ fukked with Koetter like that. I thought it was a TD and AB move bc they’re familiar with him. I didn’t think DQ would after facing him two times a year. If that’s the case, that’s another reason why DQ and TD should be let go.
