Maybe, for once, poor people should get ahead, especially in a once-a-century pandemic.
Kick all of them out at once, and watch crime skyrocket, and your value of your property DROPS. On top of many landlords getting harmed/killed
They are not all being kicked out. They are being told that they are no longer getting a free ride on someone elses dime. The government should look after these people, not other citizens. We got losing homes because they have lazy mahfukaz living in their homes for free not paying rent. But people like you think thats OK.
There is no incentive to get up off your ass and work if you're getting free rent and unemployment. The world doesn't work when you are babying those who do not want to work and make something of themselves. I'm speaking on the poor and lazy...not to be confused with the poor who want to work and better their situation. Those people aren't looking to squat in their landlord's home for years. The mentality is the problem.

On a serious note, as long as the rich control everything and help influence members of Congress, then none of these problems are going to be solved. The government is going to continue looking out for the rich, while not giving a damn about the poor.
Arguing about the cause of the problems isn’t going to change anything as long as the root of the issue is still there.

i dont rap my friend only produce. At the moment im basically doing house music under another name, but i was a services case manager at a shelter, i stopped because i wanted to have a house with my wife so i moved to southern ontario canada. Been here 6 months.
If that’s how you see it. People need help, that’s a matter for the government not other people.

While the warlords, aristocrats, and Church officials who made up the landholding class mostly occupied political, military, and religious roles, it was the peasants who did the work in feudal society. Unlike the nobility, few peasants had their own land and many were considered serfs (an Old French word related to servant and slave) who were legally prohibited from leaving the land they cultivated without their lord’s permission due to laws dating from the late Roman empire. In most cases, serfs were bound to work the same land as their ancestors, which meant that serfs were essentially leased along with the land by one landed lord to another. While free peasants at least could move or be married without permission slips, their circumstances were rarely better. Since most were landless, landed lords demanded rents from peasants in exchange for the right to work the soil, often paid with daily labor or with a hefty part of the peasant’s own harvest."
The coronavirus pandemic was the perfect monkey wrench to screw up a system that is designed to keep people paying bills and working for money.
There is more debt than dollars in existence.
The way the system works, we will always have two dollars in hand and three dollars in debt. And to cover, you'll need to borrow four dollars to cover the three. And on and on and on.
The FED creates money out of nothing.
The FED then sends the money to the US Treasury.
The Treasury spends their money on infrastructure, war, etc.
The contractors put their money in the bank.
The banks create money through lending and that's how we get access to money.
But we always have to pay that money back.
The bank will give the landlord money to purchase the house.
But the landlord gotta pay the mortgage.
But the tenant pays the landlord so the landlord can pay the mortgage.
If the tenant can't get the money, the system stops.
It's all screwed up.
This is ultimately just an old English model reimagined.

Those facing evictions should have enough cash on hand to pay the back rent or make a huge down payment on a home. I know houses have skyrockeed but still
