Are you implying that someone who just made the state “Mao did nothing wrong” is here to cape for banks?????

:mjlol:

You and others in this thread seem intent on placing the blame squarely on the landlord when they aren't the able root nor cause of the problem.

Treat the landlords like the boogie man when the people behind them are even worse :mjlol:

Nah man, if he's on the west coast he can just go to Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles....

Oh wait, housing costs and rental rates are through the fukking roof in all of those cities too. :snoop:

I told people three years ago, we were kicked out of our apartment in fukking Inglewood in August 2018 so he could do a "remodel" and then raise the rent to 2750 fukking dollars. In Inglewood! In a spot where I was literally washing the blood from gunshot wounds off my hands in the bathroom! And that was 2018, I don't even want to know what it got up to by the time Covid hit.
So you’re just going to casually say this without going into details breh? :unimpressed:

I have enough hate to go around to go after two evils. There are many levels evil there's nothing wrong with going after all of them. Landlords are not the biggest problem but they're a fukking problem too. Lesser evil arguments are pointless. Evil is evil

Landlords are in the business of making profit, the same as any other business out here. They are a symptom of the actual problems of this country related to the rent situation. People would rather get on social media and complain about the landlords instead of actual marching towards the people that are the actual cause of it.

Landlords are going to take the fall for this situation (they already have), while the government and banks get off scott free all because people are too simple minded to dire their anger and ire to the actual cause of the landlord problem.

How have landlords taken the fall?

I posted about it as few days after it happened when I was still traumatized and shyt

That thread is huge cause in comments #16 and #27 @concise gave details on what to actually do in case of serious gunshot and despite all my first aid knowledge and doing most things "right", I didn't know the knowledge he dropped and it might have made a difference.

Because people in this thread and social media are blaming landlords for their current situation and evictions instead of actually directing their anger and ire at the government and banks who caused the landlord problem. Even you know/knew that it was only going to be a matter of time before a federal judge struck down the eviction moratorium, which was going to accelerate having to come up with a solution instead of kicking the can down the road.

That time is now and they still have no solution to the problem as all of the behind back rent is/was never going to be forgiven or caught up. Even if they did forgive it all, then it would just become a problem again years down the road when those same debts increase again.

Nobody goes to Apple or Tesla asking why their products are so expensive. They’re in it for profit. Just like real estate investors. And yall buy they sh*t without a problem. Y’all got it fukked up. Nobody taking on a mortgage, taxes, insurance and investing all that time and energy to make no money. Y’all losers and have a loser’s mindset. If you upset about landlords....a) move in with roommates b) buy your own house c) buy a cheap mobile house d) move in with your family. Just stop bytching and expecting everyone to give you something :hhh:
A luxury product from Apple and a PLACE TO LIVE are 2 totally different things. Without a place to live, there is no society.

You're blaming Americans for being stupid..... We know these people are fukking dumb. Auditing the dumbest piece of shyt country and it's dumb fukk citizens for their reaction to things most them can't begin understand unless it's spoonfed to them is the ultimate waste of time and will leave you in a constant of anger. Lets also not act like large corporations that own large scale apartments don't have lobbyists in DC.

I mean ur not gonna solve debt in this country without the government stepping in and putting a cap on rent(something this capitalist shythole will never do) but lets not act like forgiving the rent isn't the right thing to do. Everyone comes out solid in that situation. Throwing ur hands up and allowing both landlords and their tenants to fall is the wrong move.
