The nba will whine that the 2 worst teams in the league will “tank games” as if it matters where the 29 and 30th teams finish like that’s gonna somehow ruin the integrity of the league

But a spurs team that made the conference finals had drob get hurt and essentially tanked a whole season and an already really good team got a generational player that led to a dynasty but somehow that is not ruining the integrity of the league and btw if it was just the worst team gets the first pick like it should be then the spurs wouldn’t have gotten Duncan even with the tanking

And now coming off this dynasty the nba clearly rigged it so wemby another generational talent could be coached by pop and Duncan, how does it make the league better having the same teams be good all the time?

9 games into the season and you made a thread about tanking.

Why is this even a topic you're thinking about?

When you only tank 2 seasons out of 50 I think that’s allowable. There are times that have tanked for years upon years straight.

NBA was built on the same teams being good all the time. Spurs aint really been that good in recent years. Tanking is a gamble. You might get Vic. You might get Anthony Bennet. Or you may not even get the top pick.
