The big 3 has played 7 games together and the playoffs a lil over a month away

If they stay healthy can’t see nobody in the East beating them but I think bucks match up with them the best

I think you need defined roles outside of the stars to win... and even the stars need specific roles. Like Harden becoming more of a facilitator... but who’s their defensive guy? KD has that capability due to his length but will that take away from his offense? Kyrie we know is just a bucket getter. But whose their interior defender and their lunch pail rebounder/scrapper? shyt, that traded dude with the fro.

we’ll see how it goes

Breh literally in here arguin for the Nets and against his own squad just cause he hate Bron so much. What a fukkin weirdo

When did I say the Nets are gonna beat the Lakers? You sound stupid as fukk you LeGBT nikkas been crying about the Nets for weeks already defeated. I never said the Lakers didn’t have a chance I have several posts saying Bron gonna get the job done.

you lames in here talking about nikkas gotta go undefeated or else their legacies take a hit, but Bron AD and Kawhi would be so different. Bron can recruit nikkas but KD cant cuz he does it better. Y’all some fakkits.

I'm not sure why people think they are such an overwhelming favorite. Have we still not come to grips with the difference between the playoffs and the regular season? On offense they are a problem, no doubt. But can they gets stops when it's needed? How are they gonna respond to adversity? Is it really possible to build championship level chemistry in less than 30 games together...shyt maybe less than 20 with they way they operate? How are they gonna respond to pressure? Harden folds every year. KD folded before being able to slide in an play his role and shirk leadership responsibilities in GSW. Kyrie folded his last year in Boston as the leader despite having talent around him. Who is the leader? Who is holding nikkas accountable and checking the bullshyt and setting the tone? This ain't 2K. They certainly have the talent and offensive firepower to get the job done but we see year after year that it takes more than that to win it all.

I agree they should plow through their conference but the Clippers are a very worthy opponent. They’ll wash up anyone else though

Even with one of the big 3 hurt they would still be the most talented team in the NBA and clear cut favorites.

No Kyrie:

Easy chip. They don't even need him. Maybe they drop 1 game in the whole playoffs.

No Harden:

Easy chip. Maybe they get taken to 6 once.

No KD:

They're still the heavy favorites. Won't be challenged in the East but may get some resistance in the Finals.
Harden and Kyrie with no KD are heavy favorites to win the title?? :dahell:

I agree with your other two scenarios though.

As to the thread topic, I’m probably picking the between the 03-04 Lakers, 12-13 Lakers, and 10-11 Heat as biggest disappointments in League history

That 12-13 Lakers in particular because they had such high hopes with a core of Kobe, Nash, Gasol, Howard, and World Peace—barely made the playoffs only to get swept by their rival Spurs
They played 7 out of 82 games together. And neither Kobe nor nash played that series.

shyt would be the 2011 heat x100. shyt is just not fair they have 3 superstars able to take over a game offensively at will, and they have a bunch of above average role players.
Nah, the heat only two superstars and one allstar.

Nets have 3 superstars, and three fading allstars. Plus people forgetting that they still got Spencer Dinwiddle too. So next year they will be even more stacked. Thats 7 players that can start for most teams. :deadmanny:
