Everyone knows how flakey Howard is. If they can get him to Houston and maybe find a way to sign D-Will, they'll convince his ass to stay.

In theory you are correct but Dan Fagan aint getting him to stay in Houston even tho Houston is a big market.

they COULD be better than bud......but as of right now they aren't. Budinger is still only like 23-24 himself

True.

If we were still a bottom feeding organization that had nowhere to go this would anger me. I guess this is the shyt you do when you attempt to start winning now.

That said, all along I wanted to trade back. I don't wanna miss out on adding talent through this draft. If they can move up or buy back into an early 2nd or something I'm with it. That's all we've been scouting, so perhaps we might do something Thursday.

So Minny is basically saying Chase has more upside than Moe Harkless, Terrence Jones and/or Purry..

I dunno man...

Actually I strike T. Jones from this convo ( he IS a bum)

That's not what they're saying at all. If anything they're saying they don't have time to see whether these players will develop in 2-3 years.

Fab Melo obviously backed out of the Minny workout today. They're still scouting early 2nd rounders though.

I have no clue what Houston would do with 3 picks. I struggled to figure out what they'd do with 2 picks.

Andrew Nicholson is a hot name right now as teams in the late lottery are considering him and there's an excellent chance that he will land somewhere in the teens on draft night. There are a number of teams attempting to move up for him, and it's unlikely that he would fall past Orlando at 19 or Denver at 20. We hear OKC is one team that could be looking to add a mid-first rounder to grab him, with Eric Maynor as possible trade bait.

Just as it was just getting good
Being a season ticket holder in the A10 I've watched the kid since he was a freshman, and over time he's extended his range to 20 ft and he's learned to score in a variety of ways. Def a polished product that can prob help a contender immediately. He's got a rainman like quality to him but the kid can ball.
