Or the fact that the team looks vastly improved than it did under Hoke?

Would u want to keep Helton if he won 10 games every year but lost to UCLA every year and didnt make the playoffs?

If Michigan doesn't beat OSU in 2018 then Harbaugh will need to be fired based on performance. 0-4 vs OSU, no playoff appearances, no big wins in 4 years. Even Hoke beat OSU once

I was looking for a black forum in general, but a lot of the other sites have low traffic. The amount of activity I saw in the sports section is what drew me in. Especially with this and the NBA thread being pinned.

I really wonder if you can field a top 20 D in the Big 12 while still putting up 35 plus a game. Prolly cant bc your D has to be littered with 4 and 5 star athletes who actually pan out

OU in 2015 when we went to the playoff. 28th in the country, but holding opponents to 22ppg was damn good.

I wanted Les Miles at Michigan so bad in 2007, but he over the hill now and never could put a good offense on the field

I would have been fine with him in 2011 too

Both times Michigan was trying to get him, he had really good LSU teams and had me hoping. He would have been a better pick than Rodriguez or Hoke

Even if PSU wasn't hot, Harbaugh still blew the fukk out of a team OSU couldn't beat

That being said, I don't think Michigan take the next leap until they get a legit big baller at QB. Some systems can work with inferior QB talents (see Kiffin) but not too many make the playoffs with mediocre QB talents like a Speights. The baseline for how underdeveloped your QB should be is like J.T. And J.T is twice as good as Wilton is

But once/if Harbaugh DOES get a game breaking type...whew

I'll also even throw in, the reason why Harbaugh would be liable to feel heat if he continued this trend of disappointing finishes is cause Michigan (for absolutely NO REASON THEY'VE EARNED) as a program believes themselves to be higher than they are. All the caping that's being done ITT won't still be happening in 2-3 years. nikkas ain't gonna keep getting sonned on a national platform, Michigan, Texas, ND, their fanbases are crazy bipolar from dub to loss. I'll give Jimmy 2 more years of 10 wins, OSU losses, no Conf Champ appearances before we're all reevaluating this

He's not winning his division though. And winning 10 games in the big 10 isn't that much of an accomplishment obviously but ok if u are happy with 10 wins and losing to your rival every year then that's your preference.
